Hello
Megaconference Attendees!!!
Since you
all registered on time and attended at least one rehearsal
for the Megaconference, you are eligible to participate in
the roll calls AND win some really great door prizes.
There will
be 3 roll calls, as explained in the schedule posted on the
web site
http://www.mega-net.net/megaconference
Here are
the rules:
1. You may
sign up for as many of the 3 roll calls as you wish. But
please don't sign up unless you really intend to be there,
because it just wastes everyone's time to call you if you
are not there.
2. When
your organization's name is called, you are allotted about
30 seconds to introduce yourself and tell the world a little
about your organization, yourself, your family, whatever you
wish. You can show videos, sing songs, etc. Be creative.
3. After
you respond your name will be dropped in a hat for a door
prize drawing.
At the end
of each roll call, a drawing will be made and small door
prizes will be announced then these are:

Sanyo
Digital Camera,

3 Sanyo
DVD players,
-
Mimio
board,
-
At least
one VCON Vigo Professional.
Also after
each roll call in which you respond, your name will be
placed in a bigger hat, which will be used for the Grand
Prize drawings, which will occur after the end of the
Megaconference.
The results will be announced the next day on the Megacon
mailing list. The two Grand Prizes are:

1000 desktop video station
·
Polycom FX
video station, with Visual Concert FX accessory
For example, if you attend all 3 roll calls and respond when
your name is called, your name will be in the drawings 3
times, thus giving you more chances at a door prize. If you
sign up for all 3 and only show up for one roll call, your
name will only be entered in the roll call once.
4. The
names will be called in the order that they show up on the
Megaconference web page at
http://www.mega-net.net/megaconference under the link to
“Registrants.” Please note that not all names on the web
page will be called each time. Please be ready to unmute
and respond immediately when we call you, so we don't waste
time, and so you don't miss your chance. If your
organization or name does not show up on this list, please
call or write me and I will make sure you make it on to the
web. (Or at least that you get in on the roll calls.) This
page is a work in progress.

on Monday, December 9, 2002 with text in the body that says
ONLY which roll calls you would like to participate in.
(Please address other issues in a separate email.)
If you win
a prize, please send me your complete shipping address, and
the equipment will be shipped to you directly from the
vendor.
